This role provides an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates or aspiring financial professionals to gain hands-on experience while completing a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the CII. The position includes a comprehensive training program covering critical areas like financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management.
Job Overview: As a Trainee Financial Adviser, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the financial advisory industry. Responsibilities:
Participate in a structured training program covering financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management allowing you to gain your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the CII.
Assist senior financial advisers in conducting client meetings and gathering financial information.
Learn and apply financial analysis techniques to assess clients’ current financial situations and identify areas for improvement.
Learn and understand back office functions needed to service clients and process new business
Collaborate with the team to create personalised financial plans tailored to clients’ goals and risk tolerance.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and financial market trends.
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level
Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop in the financial advisory profession.
Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products is a plus.
