April Members Meeting - Below Stairs

This week we visited Below Stairs in Hungerford for our Member Meeting. The Chamber were out in force for a really enjoyable evening shared with our hosts, Sarah and Stewart Hofgartner. They generously provided delicious nibbles and drinks and we enjoyed a very interesting talk by Stewart on 50 years in the antiques trade. The evening was rounded off with a tour of the antiques shop and yard which provided some interesting insight into running an antiques business. We also got to witness a couple of the strangest guitars made out of a spade and a pick axe which you can see in the photos.

We would like to thank them for their hospitality and remind members that we are looking for new venues for meetings around the town. We are also open for new members, if you know anyone who wants to join us please put them in touch.
